Acquiring the right aircraft is step one. Protecting its value, airworthiness, and operational readiness over its service life requires ongoing independent oversight that most owners — and many flight departments — do not have the technical depth to provide internally.
Our retained asset management service provides owners with an independent technical advisor whose sole obligation is to protect the asset. We are not the MRO, not the management company, and not the flight department. We are your independent check on all of the above.
Services are structured on a retained basis and tailored to the owner’s existing flight department and management structure. We integrate with your existing team rather than replacing it.

What Asset Management Covers
Airworthiness Monitoring
Independent review of airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and mandatory modifications. We track compliance status and upcoming requirements independently of the MRO or management company.
Maintenance Programme Oversight
Review of maintenance programme enrolment, scheduled event planning, deferred item tracking, and engine programme status monitoring. We ensure nothing slips through and that events are planned to minimise aircraft downtime.
Records Management
Ongoing review and organisation of maintenance records, component tags, and modification documentation. Clean, complete, and well-organised records directly affect both operational airworthiness and resale value.
NAAA Certified Appraisals
USPAP-compliant appraisals by NAAA-credentialed Senior Appraisers for financing, insurance, estate planning, portfolio reporting, and dispute purposes. Accepted by major lenders and courts.
